Hope and her team work strategically to implement and host robust engagement opportunities, including corporate luncheons and purposeful networking events. The Customer Experience Team manages these exclusive programs for the 590 AllianceTexas corporate residents, including the AllianceTexas HR group, AllianceTexas Student Influencers, Women in Business, and Alliance Logistics Leaders.

Hope also supports the AllianceTexas corporate residents by serving as an extension of their team through event management, such as groundbreaking ceremonies, grand opening celebrations, and employee morale events. In addition, Hope is a liaison between corporate partners and local school districts by making connections in workforce and education, ultimately helping build a talent pipeline to meet future workforce needs.

Hope serves on the Region 11 Industry Advisory Executive Board and is a Metroport Chamber Leadership Program, Regional Advantage graduate. Through her contributions to the AllianceTexas Student Influencers program, Hope and her team received national recognition as the 2025 Business-Education Partnership award recipient from the Association for Career and Technical Education.

Hope has been a proud resident of Texas for over 20 years and lives in Fort Worth with her husband, Chris and daughter, Vera.
