Hillwood is forming partnerships with school districts, colleges, companies, and job seekers to create and bring the right workforce to AllianceTexas today, tomorrow and well into the future. This innovative approach to workforce development has long been a hallmark of the Hillwood advantage platform, dating back to the establishment of the Alliance Workforce Center in 1998.

Tarrant County College (TCC)

TCC’s new Corporate Center for Learning & Development at AllianceTexas sprawls across 35,000 square feet and aims to provide companies with training and skills development opportunities tailored to their employment base. The team focuses on providing customized, strategic solutions for employers through facilitation, consulting and coaching, bringing a direct connection to the college for area businesses. TCC is currently partnering on Amazon’s Career Choice program, an education benefit that empowers employees to learn new skills for career success at Amazon or elsewhere.

AllianceTexas Student Influencers

Comprised of the next generation of leaders, this 12-month program allows students from three local school districts to be fully emersed in all things AllianceTexas. With the main focus on connecting businesses with the workforce of tomorrow, students gain experience through collaboration with business and community professionals, share insights and ideas about the future, and leave a meaningful impact on the change and growth to come right here in AllianceTexas.
