Hillwood works closely with Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County and Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas to help AllianceTexas companies identify, recruit, and retain the talent they need to grow. These organizations offer complimentary recruitment and career placement services for employers and candidates alike, along with additional support such as talent development, workforce risk management, hiring events, and other workforce resources that help businesses compete and succeed.

Tarrant County College (TCC)

TCC’s new Corporate Center for Learning & Development at AllianceTexas sprawls across 35,000 square feet and aims to provide companies with training and skills development opportunities tailored to their employment base. The team focuses on providing customized, strategic solutions for employers through facilitation, consulting and coaching, bringing a direct connection to the college for area businesses. TCC is currently partnering on Amazon’s Career Choice program, an education benefit that empowers employees to learn new skills for career success at Amazon or elsewhere.

AllianceTexas Student Influencers

Comprised of the next generation of leaders, this 12-month program allows students from three local school districts to be fully emersed in all things AllianceTexas. With the main focus on connecting businesses with the workforce of tomorrow, students gain experience through collaboration with business and community professionals, share insights and ideas about the future, and leave a meaningful impact on the change and growth to come right here in AllianceTexas.
