The Next Generation of Leaders

Hillwood’s AllianceTexas Student Influencers program is a high-impact, 9-month experience for standout high school juniors from Argyle ISD, Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD, Keller ISD, and Northwest ISD.
Through hands-on experiences and collaboration with industry leaders, students gain real-world insight, build confidence, expand their networks, and contribute fresh ideas that help shape the future of work.

Experience

Students gain real-world experience through immersive tours, professional interviews, networking opportunities, and hands-on project planning.

Through exposure to industries like aviation, logistics and supply chain, healthcare, finance, and autonomous mobility, students gain firsthand insight into the innovation shaping tomorrow’s workforce. Along the way, they expand their networks, strengthen key skills, and build the confidence to navigate both public and private sectors.

The program culminates in a team-based capstone presentation, where students showcase their ideas, growth, and vision for the future at a formal commencement ceremony.

Collaboration

Hillwood’s Customer Experience team brings the AllianceTexas community to life, partnering with customers and local leaders to create engaging, real-world experiences. Students have explored companies like Amazon Air, Fidelity Investments, MP Materials, and Texas Health Alliance—getting a firsthand look at innovation in action.

Built on strong public-private partnerships, AllianceTexas highlights collaboration with the City of Fort Worth, the Fort Worth Chamber, and the Economic Development Partnership—connecting students to the growth and opportunity happening right in their own backyard.
