Student Influencers

The Next Generation of Leaders

The AllianceTexas Student Influencers program, led by Hillwood, is a unique 9-month program that allows a talented and ambitious group of hand-selected high school juniors from Keller ISD, Northwest ISD, and Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD to be fully immersed in AllianceTexas. Students gain experience through collaboration with businesses, sharing future workforce insights and ideas.

Experience

Real-world experience gained through facility tours, interviews, networking opportunities, hands-on project planning, and more.

Recent tours allowed the students to explore career pathways in aviation, logistics and supply chain, medical, finance, and autonomous mobility solutions. The program also allows the students to continuously grow their professional network and advance workforce proficiency in the public and private sectors.

In addition to site visits, the students team up to research and prepare a capstone presentation at their commencement ceremony at the conclusion of the 9-month program.

Student Influencers - Experience

Collaboration

Hillwood’s Customer Experience team works together with AllianceTexas customers and community partners to bring a variety of experiences and information to the program.

Most recently, AllianceTexas-based Topgolf Callaway, Medical City Alliance, and Amazon Air partnered to host the student influencers, inspiring meaningful career exploration.

AllianceTexas was built on public-private partnerships. The City of Fort Worth, Fort Worth Chamber and the Economic Development Partnership are annually featured in the program, highlighting what is happening right here in the students’ backyard and emphasizing the importance of public-private collaboration.
