The AllianceTexas master-planned development is comprised of 17 commercial Property Owner Associations (“POA”) within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. These Associations are comprised of industrial-logistics, office, retail, multifamily, and aviation companies as well as parks and roadways throughout.
Each Association is governed by Covenant, Codes, and Restrictions (“CCRs”) for that specific Association. The CCRs include details on owner maintenance requirements, assessment processes, and the Development Review Board (“DRB”).
The DRB oversees all development within AllianceTexas by reviewing and approving development plans for newly constructed sites and pre-existing property alterations. The DRB continues to oversee all exterior property modifications post-construction including, but not limited to, exterior building façades, any and all exterior signage, holistic property landscaping and screening, etc. Any exterior changes must be reviewed and approved by the DRB in writing prior to implementing these changes by a property owner and/or tenant. Failure to receive proper approval from the DRB could result in costly changes to bring the property back into compliance with the Association.
