Prior to joining Hillwood, Guy was the Co-Founder and Principal of MG Retail, where he directed the firm’s acquisitions and developments and led strategic expansion efforts for national retailers via build-to-suit programs in multiple markets throughout the United States. Prior to forming MG Retail Partners in 2013, Guy specialized in project leasing and tenant representation at Weitzman.
Guy is a Southern Methodist University graduate, an active member of the SMU Real Estate Society, ICSC and a founding member of the Horned Frog Investment Network. Guy was recognized for his achievements by receiving the Dallas Business Journal's Heavy Hitters Award in 2011 and CoStar's Power Broker Award in 2015.
