Kim's experience ranges from large-acre, master-planned communities, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, retail, and entertainment. She has successfully entitled numerous projects both large and small in different municipalities locally in North Texas and throughout the U.S.
Prior to joining the Hillwood, she served as the Director of Development for Logistics Property Company, overseeing property acquisition, design, and construction of speculative industrial facilities across Texas. Kim previously served as a Principal for Huitt-Zollars, a national architectural and engineering company. She was department head of the Civil Engineering Office in Fort Worth overseeing various types of civil land development projects.
Kim was appointed by the Fort Worth City Manager as member of the Development Advisory Committee (DAC) for the City of Fort Worth. She resides on several sub-committees and tasks forces to improve development within the Fort Worth community. She has also served on multiple TIF and MUD Boards throughout the real estate community.
