Kim's experience ranges from large-acre, master-planned communities to multifamily, industrial, hospitality, retail, and entertainment. She has successfully entitled and developed numerous projects, both large and small, in different municipalities locally in North Texas and throughout the U.S.
Before joining Hillwood, she served as the SVP of Development Management for Logistics Property Company, overseeing property acquisition, design, and construction of speculative industrial facilities across Texas. Kim previously served as a Principal for Huitt-Zollars, a national architectural and engineering company, leading land development projects.
The Fort Worth City Manager appointed Kim as a Development Advisory Committee (DAC) member for the City of Fort Worth. She resides on several sub-committees and task forces to improve development within the Fort Worth broader development community.
