Before joining the Multifamily Development division, Joshua served as Business Manager at Hillwood, overseeing the management and execution of the protective covenants for AllianceTexas, a 27,000-acre mixed-use, master-planned community stretching across nine municipalities.

In addition to his role as Development Manager, Joshua also serves as Managing Director of Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) #196 at AllianceTexas on behalf of Alliance Corridor, Inc. Providing a direct benefit to nearby distribution and manufacturing companies to optimize their supply chain management by delivering duty and tax benefits and consultation services that are not available through any other mechanism. Joshua has been an active National Association of Foreign Trade Zones member since 2018. In 2022, as a founding member, he helped establish the Texas Association of Foreign Trade Zones. The AllianceTexas FTZ program continues to be a foundational pillar in the region’s economic vitality and the State of Texas.

Joshua is a member of the Aggie Real Estate Network, Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Alliance Associations Board as Vice President. He is also a graduate of Leadership North Texas, Class of 2023, and Leadership Fort Worth, Class of 2019.
