Drea Reyes

Executive Assistant, Finance and Operations

Drea Reyes directly supports Hillwood's EVP of Finance and Operations, Charlie Campbell, with daily operations and associate engagement. Her responsibilities extend to overseeing the company-wide administrative support team, encompassing front office and security operations. Drea is not only a liaison between leadership and associates but also an advocate for Hillwood's community involvement and charitable initiatives.

11+ Years Experience • 8 Years with Hillwood

In addition to her role as Executive Assistant, Drea also serves as the Administrator of the AllianceTexas Foundation, responsible for overseeing Hillwood's philanthropic endeavors. She is also the property manager for several private residential properties in Hillwood's portfolio. Her background and experience in the non-profit sector and event management before joining Hillwood provide her with a unique perspective and skill set that she brings to her various roles.

A Fort Worth native, Drea is an active Northwest Education Foundation board member and a Legacy Member for Steer Fort Worth. Outside of the office, Drea and her family are active with their church in Argyle, Texas.
