While supporting Hillwood’s charitable initiatives, Drea also serves as the Director for the AllianceTexas Foundation, a private foundation that focuses on supporting the community in and around AllianceTexas. Since 2023, the AllianceTexas Foundation has disbursed more than $3.5M to programs in the region and funded over 650 student scholarships. Her background in the nonprofit sector and event management informs her collaborative leadership style and passion for community impact.

Previously, Drea supported Hillwood’s Property Management team, where she oversaw annual maintenance processes, managed vendor relationships, and streamlined data systems to improve operational efficiency. She continues to manage a select portfolio of private residential properties within Hillwood’s holdings.

Actively involved in the community, Drea serves on the boards of the Northwest ISD Education Foundation and Cristo Rey College Prep. Outside of the office, Drea and her husband Eli reside in Argyle, Texas, where they are raising their two children, Eli and Penelope.
