As a member of the Hillwood Executive Leadership Team, Charlie brings a diverse background in real estate, energy, and middle-market manufacturing, combined with more than 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. Along with 19 years at Hillwood, Charlie spent seven years at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Charlie demonstrates his range of expertise by overseeing the operational portfolio of AllianceTexas, including multifamily, property management, accounting, finance, land & cattle, commercial associations, and office administration.
Charlie has earned numerous awards, including CEO of the Year for the Fort Worth Business Press and CFO of the Year for the Dallas Business Journal. Remaining active in the Fort Worth financial community, Charlie currently serves as Past Chair of the Fort Worth Chamber Board of Directors and previously served on boards, including as President of the Fort Worth Chapter of Financial Executives International, the Fort Worth Metropolitan YMCA, and the Tarrant County College Education Foundation. Charlie and his family continue to support various charitable and faith-based organizations.
