He spearheads development and investment strategies, while simultaneously leading the office development platform across both AllianceTexas and the prestigious Circle T Ranch. By integrating site selection, financial analysis, and entitlement expertise, he has been instrumental in delivering over 40 million square feet of speculative and build-to-suit industrial and office development projects—representing well over $2 billion in aggregate value.
His track record includes executing sophisticated real estate solutions for a long list of global corporations, including Amazon, Walmart.com, FedEx, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and Charles Schwab. Steve’s ability to navigate complex industrial, mixed-use, office and hospitality landscapes allows him to bridge the gap between high-level institutional financing and technical site execution.
Beyond his professional achievements, he is a deeply rooted leader in the North Texas community. As a longtime member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, he supports the organization’s mission to strengthen the lives of children and families through the Momentous Institute. His civic leadership further extends to active roles within The Real Estate Council (TREC), NAIOP, NTCAR, and ULI. His career has been marked by numerous accolades, including the NTCAR Young Citizen’s Award and multiple "Heavy Hitter" awards from the Dallas Business Journal. Steve earned his undergraduate degree from Trinity University and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
