Lauren joined Hillwood in 2020, bringing a decade of progressive airport management experience to the team. Before Hillwood, Lauren served at Dallas Love Field (City of Dallas Department of Aviation) as Landside Operations Supervisor and Senior Airside Operations Officer, where she managed terminal safety, coordinated emergency responses, and supervised teams responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient airport environment for over 16 million passengers annually. At New Orleans Lakefront Airport, Lauren was Landside Operations Manager, overseeing landside activities at the metroplex’s only general aviation airport, with responsibility for more than 110,000 annual aircraft operations.

Outside of Hillwood, Lauren serves on the Texas Woman’s University’s Doswell School of Aeronautical Sciences as an Advisory Council Member to support the development of an Aviation Science undergraduate degree program.
