With more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering and real estate development, Kim leads strategic planning and implementation for complex, multi-phase development programs across all asset classes.  She works with internal and external partners to advance development strategy, manage land positioning, develop economic development strategies, and coordinate infrastructure investments that support land sales, speculative, and build-to-suit transactions. She also leads master development initiatives at Frisco Station, guiding land use strategy, entitlements, and commercial program execution within one of North Texas’ most prominent mixed-use developments. 

Prior to joining Hillwood, Kimberly served as Senior Vice President of Development Management for Logistics Property Company, where she oversaw property acquisition, design, and construction of speculative industrial facilities across Texas. She previously served as a Principal in charge at Huitt-Zollars, leading land development and infrastructure projects nationwide.

Kimberly serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, where she collaborates with industry leaders to advance responsible growth and strengthen the region’s real estate community. She is also a member of the Urban Land Institute’s National Product Council, a select group of industry leaders who provide thought leadership aligned with ULI’s mission to advance responsible land use and sustainable development. In addition, Kimberly serves on the City of Fort Worth’s Development Advisory Committee, where she works alongside public and private stakeholders to improve development processes, policy, and implementation across the region. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso.
