In addition to leasing Hillwood's owned and managed industrial portfolio and new industrial developments, Jack focuses on land acquisitions to support the continued growth at AllianceTexas.
Previously, Jack oversaw investment and development underwriting across all asset classes in Hillwood's finance department while managing the analyst team. Jack later cross-trained in Hillwood's retail leasing department, overseeing a year of high-volume lease activity and pad site transactions. His finance background and retail leasing experience provide a well-rounded view and fresh approach to the current real estate market.
Since 2016, Jack has been a board member of the Aggie Real Estate Network and currently serves as its President through 2026. He is also actively involved in the real estate community, serving as a member of NAIOP, NTCAR, and The Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth. He is also a 2021 graduate of the TREC Associate Leadership Council. Jack is originally from Athens, Texas, and now resides in Dallas with his wife, Rachel and daughter, Maggie.
