Vice President and Associate General Counsel

As Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Hillwood, Erin Rush’s practice focuses on the operational aspects of Hillwood Properties and AllianceTexas. Erin negotiates and drafts real estate and business contracts across a broad spectrum of asset classes and enterprises, including industrial, office, retail, multifamily, agricultural, and aviation matters.

Erin also coordinates with outside counsel and risk management to ensure proper, consistent legal representation on Hillwood projects.

Erin is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Bar College, and the Tarrant County Bar Association. She has been with Hillwood since 2019, and she has practiced as an attorney for over 20 years.
