Bella began her career at Hillwood as a financial analyst, where she performed complex underwriting and deal analysis across a broad range of asset classes, including industrial, retail, office, aviation, multifamily, mixed-use, and specialty projects. Her financial expertise and cross-sector experience bring a strategic, analytical lens to her leasing work today.

She remains actively engaged in the Fort Worth real estate community through Leadership Fort Worth (Leading Edge 2025), the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth (Young Leaders Council Mentoring Series 2023), and the Urban Land Institute (Mentorship Forum 2024). She also maintains a strong connection to her alma mater through the TCU Center for Real Estate.
