Global Industry Leaders Expand at AllianceTexas, Bringing New Investment and Job Growth
AllianceTexas continues to attract global companies building the next generation of advanced manufacturing, AI infrastructure and aviation services in North Texas. In recent weeks, Wistron, Foxlink Group and MTU Maintenance celebrated major facility openings, while Celestica Inc. announced a significant expansion that is now underway.
Wistron recently opened its first U.S. manufacturing facility at AllianceTexas in Fort Worth, marking a major milestone in the company’s broader investment in domestic AI infrastructure manufacturing. NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang joined Wistron Chairman Simon Lin at the opening ceremony for the 324,000-square-foot facility, which is producing NVIDIA Grace Blackwell Ultra Superchips and is expected to support future Vera Rubin Superchip production.
The facility is part of Wistron’s larger AllianceTexas project, which includes two AI supercomputing facilities totaling nearly 1.1 million square feet. The project represents a $761 million investment and is expected to create more than 800 full-time jobs, further strengthening North Texas’ role in advanced technology manufacturing and the growing AI supply chain.
Foxlink Group also expanded its U.S. manufacturing presence at AllianceTexas with the opening of its new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The company purchased Alliance Gateway 17, a 147,780-square-foot facility at 4600 Alliance Gateway Freeway, where it will establish a printed circuit board assembly, or PCBA, manufacturing operation. The facility is expected to create approximately 900 jobs at full capacity.
Foxlink’s new facility will support key phases of surface mount technology, final assembly, testing and packaging production processes, integrating AI-driven robotics and intelligent automation directly on the production floor. The project marks Foxlink’s first U.S. AI Factory deployment and is designed to support long-term scalability across the company’s global manufacturing network.
MTU Maintenance Fort Worth recently celebrated the grand opening of its modernized facility and inducted its first CFM International LEAP-1B engine, marking the start of Premier MRO services at the site. MTU is investing $120 million to upgrade its nearly 463,000-square-foot facility at AllianceTexas, expanding its North American capacity for next-generation aircraft engine maintenance.
The Fort Worth facility will support LEAP engine services, with GE Aerospace GEnx services expected to be introduced in the future. Once fully ramped up, MTU expects its workforce at the site to grow to more than 1,200 employees, supported in part by an on-site training academy focused on developing highly skilled aviation professionals.
Celestica Inc. has announced plans to establish new operations at AllianceTexas to help meet growing global demand for next-generation data center infrastructure and advanced technology solutions. Upon completion, the new campus will include more than one million square feet of advanced manufacturing and engineering space. The project is expected to create approximately 1,700 full-time, highly skilled jobs in Fort Worth across manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain and quality assurance.
Together, these projects reflect the continued momentum behind AllianceTexas as a destination for companies seeking the infrastructure, workforce access, transportation connectivity and long-term growth platform needed to scale in the U.S.
