$80M Federal Grant Fuels Innovation at AllianceTexas

The next evolution of AllianceTexas is here, and Hillwood’s 27,000-acre master-planned, mixed-use development will be the logistics blueprint of the future.

AllianceTexas has been awarded an $80M federal Infrastructure for Rebuilding America (INFRA) grant to support the construction of an east-west highway flyover connecting State Highway 170 and Intermodal Parkway, creating a key gateway to the core of AllianceTexas' inland port. This next-generation infrastructure investment forms the foundation for an additional $96M in private funding, solidifying AllianceTexas' position as the national leader in technology integration for industrial development and mobility innovation.

This funding allows us to continue advancing the regional transportation network while enabling our customers to integrate cutting-edge logistics and autonomous technologies within real-world operations in AllianceTexas.

In another successful public-private partnership, Hillwood and the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), the City of Fort Worth, and the City of Haslet, worked together to secure funding as the only project in the state of Texas from the INFRA grant program.

This monumental grant will transform the U.S. supply chain and increase supply chain resilience by providing regional, state, and national leaders with real-time tracking of goods and services as they move through the new Smart Port at AllianceTexas.
