Parkside at Alliance Town Center: New Additions Now Open
Surrounded by unique topography, Bluestem Park, and sprawling natural greenspaces, Alliance Town Center has quickly become one of the most popular mixed-use developments in North Texas. Torchy’s Tacos, an Austin-based craft fast-casual taco brand known for its quirky street tacos and addictive green chili queso, opened on June 7th in grand fashion, offering free queso for a year to their first 100 guests!
Open since June, Mediterranean destination CAVA offers flavorful and healthy fast-casual fare with customizable and craveable salads, grain bowls, pitas and house-made juices. Online ordering and in-store pick-up are available for a quick lunch break!
Veteran-founded coffee company Black Rifle Coffee Company also opened mid-June, featuring high-quality coffee beans from around the world. Founded in 2014 by former U.S. Army Green Beret Evan Hafer, Black Rifle Coffee Company serves coffee and culture to people who love America. Each purchase supports the company’s commitment to help service members.
Parkside is for pets, too. PetBar opened in June offering an upscale dog wash and boutique with both full-service baths and grooming services as well as self-service wash stations for your furry family member. Don’t forget to pamper yourself as well at Candle Nail Spa.
What’s Coming
Texas-based H-E-B will anchor the development, and the store, which will be located at 3451 Heritage Trace Parkway, is currently under construction. Also opening soon, Soul Bird Chicken Shack + Wing Bar bringing a tasty variety of sandwiches, salads, wings and tenders to the list of menu options at Parkside. Weekend Dentistry will open its doors soon for emergency dental care needs.
Be on the lookout for two new authentic, unique, and experiential brands headed to Texas from Savory Fund and the mind of Arizona chef and concept king Joey Maggiore! On the Italian front, The Sicilian Butcher is a modern-causal meatball and charcuterie bar concept. And for the early birds, there’s Hash Kitchen, a brunch-only concept with morning cocktails, a DIY Bloody Mary bar, and a DJ on the weekends! Expect both in early Spring 2024.
