Carolina Beverage Group: A Continued Partnership at AllianceTexas

Longtime corporate resident, Carolina Beverage Group, is expanding its presence in AllianceTexas to include a state-of-the-art distribution center to complement its current high-speed bottling and filling manufacturing facility. 

Carolina Beverage Group first moved to AllianceTexas in 2014, and now, eight years later, will expand into the Alliance Center North 9 (ACN 9) facility located at the southwest corner of North Beach Street and Litsey Road in Denton County. The leading contract beverage production company will have an additional 493,000 square feet of space, growing the company’s footprint to nearly 700,000 square feet in AllianceTexas.

Completed in December 2021 as a class A speculative facility, ACN 9, along with the recently announced Alliance Westport 25 and Alliance Center North 4 projects, is a part of Hillwood’s strategic pipeline of speculative space attracting new customers and existing customers alike.
