“In AllianceTexas, we are focused on building lasting relationships of impact. With the continued growth of industrial, office and residential development, there is untapped potential for our retail platform to facilitate the needs of our clients and community that support AllianceTexas now and into the future.”

Mark applies his background and former experience in analyzing real estate while building long-term, successful relationships with retail customers to negotiate new opportunities to support the vision of AllianceTexas. With notable clients such as Cabela’s, Walmart and HEB, Mark’s retail impact augments the value for corporate residents and employees that inhabit the development. In addition to his core AllianceTexas responsibilities, Miller leads the retail development at Frisco Station, a 242-acre high density, mixed-use community located in Frisco, Texas along the Dallas North Tollway.

Mark serves on several boards including the Metroport Chamber of Commerce as Vice Chair Stewardship/Prosperity, Speedway Children’s Charities, and Denton County Transportation Authority. Mark is also a member of the Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). Outside of his work at Hillwood, Mark and his family are involved in numerous philanthropies including the Gladney Center for Adoption in Fort Worth, Texas Scottish Rite and the Jordan Elizabeth Harris Foundation.
