The Alliance Opportunity Center serves as a satellite work force center for the more than 170 companies located within the AllianceTexas development. The center matches prospective employees with current job openings at AllianceTexas-based companies.
Employment services are complimentary to AllianceTexas-based companies. Beyond initial applicant screening, AllianceTexas-based corporate residents utilize the center for everything from promotion in local and national job banks to coordinating job fairs, delivering qualified resumes to human resource managers and even making referrals to placement firms.

A nonprofit organization, The Alliance Opportunity Center was established in 1998 as a satellite work force center through the collaboration of five local organizations, including Hillwood, developer of AllianceTexas; Tarrant County College; Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce; Work Advantage of Tarrant County and Texas Workforce Commission.
The efforts of placing qualified job candidates and enhancing job skills from the Alliance Opportunity Center have been successful. As a result, the center has earned prestigious workforce awards, including the State of Texas Business Results Award and the National Workforce Development Award for Excellence.
