Tarrant County College & Local Businesses

  • Tarrant County College (TCC) serves as a liason with the state of Texas and the Texas Workforce Commission for employee training programs funded by state dollars (Work Skills Grants). Training may be done at one of TCC’s four campuses or on-site at a business location. Curriculum is flexible and designed by the business for the business.

UNT Health Science Center (HSC) & Alcon Laboratories

  • Alcon scientists teach graduate courses at UNT’s HSC. Alcon recruits HSC biotech graduates; HSC teaches continuing education programs on-site at Alcon. Alcon scientists may earn advanced degrees while working on Alcon projects supervised by HSC - joint recruiting of scientists and joint seminars.
