Tony Creme
Vice President
Tony Creme serves as vice president of marketing for Hillwood Properties, developer of AllianceTexas. Creme maintains a primary focus on the marketing, leasing and selling of industrial and office space and land for the 17,000-acre AllianceTexas development.
Creme has been a key player in the growth of AllianceTexas. He has worked with companies such as DaimlerChrysler, The Home Depot, Bridgestone/Firestone and Coca-Cola in identifying and developing the best location and facility for each company’s operations within the development. Creme also played a major role in the headquarters site selection of Galderma Laboratories and IESI at AllianceTexas.
Initially serving for two years as an intern at Hillwood while attending Southern Methodist University, Creme officially joined the company in May 1998. During his tenure, the development has grown from less than 50 companies to more than 200.
Creme is a member of several professional organizations, including the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), The Real Estate Council (TREC), CoreNet, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
A graduate of Southern Methodist University, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in finance and real estate.
