Tony Creme serves as vice president for Hillwood Properties, developer of AllianceTexas. A member of the marketing team, Creme works with new and existing corporate residents to identify and implement site selection opportunities within the AllianceTexas development. He works to thoroughly understand a customer’s operational needs in order to provide the most effective solution for their distribution center, office or corporate headquarters.

Creme has been a key player in the growth of AllianceTexas. During his tenure, the development has grown from less than 50 companies to more than 230. He has worked with leading corporations such as Chrysler Financial Services, The Home Depot, Bridgestone/Firestone and Coca-Cola. Working with Cinram, he coordinated Hillwood’s largest Build-to-Suit transaction within the Alliance development. In addition, he completed the first Build-to-Suit office facility at Circle T Ranch. Creme also played a major role in the headquarters site selection for Galderma Laboratories and IESI at AllianceTexas.

Creme is a member of several professional organizations, including the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), The Real Estate Council (TREC), and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).

A graduate of Southern Methodist University, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in finance and real estate in 1998.
