Steve Aldrich serves as vice president of marketing for Hillwood Properties, the developer of AllianceTexas. Aldrich is a key member of the team that plans and develops the industrial, office and retail portfolio for AllianceTexas, as well as special projects to promote business growth. AllianceTexas spans 17,000 acres over 65 square miles in Tarrant and Denton counties and includes three unique projects – Alliance, Circle T Ranch and Heritage.

Since joining Hillwood in October 1997, Aldrich has facilitated the transaction of more than 4.4 million square feet, while Alliance has grown from 50 companies to more than 170. Aldrich has played an integral role in negotiations with companies such as Volkswagen of America, Dell Computer Corporation, DynCorp International, Philips Electronics, Radio Shack, US Oncology, Honeywell International and Ryder System, Inc.

Aldrich is a member of several professional organizations including North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), where he served as the Chairman of the Associations Young Professional’s Forum in 2005 and The Real Estate Council, being elected to the Associate Leadership Council in 2004. He is a developer Associate for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is an active member of The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Aldrich was recently awarded the Young Citizen Award for 2006 by NTCAR.

A graduate of Trinity University, Aldrich earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in international business.
