Steve Aldrich serves as vice president for Hillwood Properties, the developer of AllianceTexas. Aldrich is a key member of the marketing team that plans and develops the industrial, office and retail portfolio for the 17,000-acre development in north Fort Worth.
Since joining Hillwood in October 1997, Aldrich has facilitated more than 8.7 million square feet of build-to-suit and lease transactions, while Alliance has grown from approximately 10 million square feet to over 31 million square feet. Aldrich has played an integral role in negotiations with companies such as Volkswagen of America, Daimler Financial Services, DynCorp International, Philips Electronics, RadioShack, US Oncology, Honeywell International and Ryder System, Inc.
Aldrich is a member of several professional organizations including North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), where he is a past Chairman of the Associations Young Professional’s Forum and The Real Estate Council, being elected to the Associate Leadership Council in 2004. He is a developer Associate for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is an active member of The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Aldrich was awarded the Young Citizen Award by NTCAR, and the Heavy Hitters top broker award by the Dallas Business Journal.
A graduate of Trinity University, Aldrich earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in international business in 1997.
