Steve Aldrich serves as Vice President of Hillwood Properties, the developer of AllianceTexas. In this capacity, he is responsible for implementation of the marketing and leasing strategy as well as development activities for the office, industrial and hotel product within the 17,000 AllianceTexas project.
During his 13 years at Hillwood, Mr. Aldrich has been involved with over 12 million square feet of speculative development, build-to-suit and leasing activities representing over $400 million in aggregate value. Since joining Hillwood, AllianceTexas has grown from approximately 10 million square feet to over 33 million square feet. Mr. Aldrich has played a key role in customer relationship management and negotiations with companies such as Volkswagen of America, Mercedes-Benz Financial, DynCorp International, Philips Electronics, Ryder System, Inc., GencoATC and Honeywell International. Mr. Aldrich’s extensive marketing and development experience includes all aspects of real estate transactions including building development, leasing, sales, planning and large master-planned business park development.
Mr. Aldrich is a member of several professional organizations including North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), where he served as past Chairman of the Association’s Young Professionals Forum and The Real Estate Council, being elected to the Associate Leadership Council in 2004. He is a Developer Associate for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Mr. Aldrich was awarded the Young Citizen’s Award by NTCAR and received the Heavy Hitters top industrial leasing broker award in 2008 and 2010 from the Dallas Business Journal
Mr. Aldrich holds a Master of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in international business from Trinity University.
