Perry Wallace

Vice President

Perry Wallace serves as vice president of Hillwood Properties. Wallace is responsible for the coordination and execution of multifamily development within the 17,000-acre AllianceTexas mixed-use, master-planned community. AllianceTexas encompasses 28 million square feet, over 170 corporate residents, 27,000 employees and more than 6,000 single-family homes. Wallace brings his extensive knowledge of the multifamily development process to current and future projects at Hillwood and AllianceTexas.

Previous to joining Hillwood, Wallace served as director of construction services for First Worthing where he was part of a team that developed more than 3,000 units in the Uptown district in Dallas. He brings construction expertise in all types of multifamily products from garden style to high density urban in several major US markets. Wallace also served as development manager and construction manager for Echelon International as well as estimator for Post Properties and JPI.

Wallace earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in construction from Texas State Technical College.
