Frances Broussard
Vice President
Frances Broussard has been featured in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram for her success and tenacity during her twenty plus years in real estate. Serving as vice president of property management for Hillwood Properties, Broussard oversees property management issues for the 200 companies located at Hillwood’s 17,000-acre AllianceTexas development. In 2002, Hillwood earned the prestigious International TOBY award (The Office Building of the Year) from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). The TOBY, which rewards efforts in property management, was presented to Broussard and her team for their work on the entire Alliance community.
Broussard supports a variety of customers at AllianceTexas, including distribution centers, corporate campus and offices, aviation facilities, restaurants and retail shops that provide a wide range of property management issues. She interacts daily with residents, ensuring that customers’ needs are met.
AllianceTexas is one of the nation’s first large developments to promote ongoing interaction among its corporate residents. Broussard established this enhanced communication through the AllianceTexas Human Resources Group, a coalition of human resources representatives from companies at AllianceTexas. The group meets regularly to discuss recruiting, training, employee needs and other pertinent issues. The success of the AllianceTexas Human Resources Group has spurred similar associations, including the Alliance Logistics Professionals Organization.
Broussard also oversees the Alliance Opportunity Center, which provides employee placement services for AllianceTexas-based companies. More than 124,000 job applicants have been served by the center since its opening in 1998. Hillwood was awarded Corporate Partner of the Year in 2001 by Work Advantage for development of the Alliance Opportunity Center. In 2008 Texas Workforce Solutions named Hillwood a Local Employer of Excellence for the continued support of the center. Finally the Alliance Opportunity Center earned the Workforce Development Awards for Excellence in 2000.
Broussard serves on the Board of Trustees for The North Texas Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She is the past chair of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce North Area Council Board of Directors, a former member of the Tarrant Area Work Advantage Board and a graduate of Leadership Fort Worth.
