Isaac began his development career working on the world's first industrial airport, Alliance, in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Hillwood founding team member, Isaac worked on Hillwood's foundational projects, AllianceTexas, Circle T Ranch, Victory Dallas/American Airlines Center, the Air Force Memorial, Arlington, VA and established Hillwood Strategic Services, which executed large-scale public and private consulting projects across the US and internationally.
In 2002, Isaac established Trinity Works. Trinity Works has executed projects for family offices, including Edwards Ranch (1,000 acres), Walsh Ranch (7,500 acres) and Furst Ranch (2,500 acres). Trinity Works developed the Summit Bechtel Scout Reserve for the Boy Scouts of America (10,600 acres) in West Virginia. He also represented the ASU Foundation and Athletic Department on the redevelopment of Sun Devil Stadium as a 365-day-a-year Community Union. Isaac holds an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt and two master’s degrees from technical colleges: Virginia Tech and MIT.
